蔓越橘（Cranberry），又稱蔓越莓、小紅莓，是最著名和研究最多的野莓之一。除了富含維生素E，它還是鉀和膳食纖維的良好來源。它還含有多種天然酸 ( 蘋果酸、檸檬酸等) 及多酚化合物 (如槲皮素和楊梅素，以及木脂素和原花青素) 。近年來的研究發現，蔓越橘含有的抗氧化多酚類物質, 有增強免疫系統、防止尿道系統感染(尿道炎) 的作用。
